The subscription link should only be shared after obtaining the customer's interest and informed consent.

If the customer is unsure or unaware, the publisher must not proceed further.

2.Strict Prohibition of Cashback, Rewards & Incentives

No cashback, rewards, or external incentives are allowed to be offered by publishers to customers under this campaign.

Any form of personal cashback, UPI refunds, discounts, or third-party incentives are strictly prohibited.

If any unauthorized benefits or manipulative practices are detected, the concerned publisher account will be suspended immediately.

Legal or contractual action may be taken in case of serious violations.

3.Customer Acknowledgment

By subscribing to the OTT service, the customer confirms they have understood and agreed to the subscription terms, including any recurring billing, refund policy, or trial period (if applicable).

The customer also confirms they were not influenced by any unauthorized or misleading offers.

4.Data Privacy & Tracking Protocol

For campaigns involving app downloads or tracking links, the customer mustturn off Bluetooth and Wi-Fiduring the subscription process.

Tracking must be done usingmobile data onlyto ensure accurate reporting and verification.

This step is essential to prevent tracking issues and ensure valid conversions.
