Anti-Spam & Fraud Policy

We have a strict ZERO-TOLERANCE policy against spam and fraud.

WARNING: As a third-party affiliate platform, we rely on tracking data from external merchants. If any merchant detects fraudulent leads, bots, or spam traffic from your account, your earnings will be instantly forfeited and your account permanently banned. We accept no liability for earnings lost due to fraud.

1. Introduction

At MoneyOnRefer, we are committed to providing a secure environment. As we promote third-party campaigns, the quality of traffic is paramount. This Anti-Spam & Fraud Policy outlines our strict guidelines.

2. What Constitutes Spam and Fraud?

Spam and Fraud include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating automated scripts, bots, or fake accounts to generate fraudulent leads, clicks, or signups on third-party merchant sites.
  • Using proxy servers or VPNs to mask your location to complete tasks fraudulently.
  • Providing fake names, stolen credit cards, or invalid emails when completing offers.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk emails, SMS, or messages promoting MoneyOnRefer affiliate links.
  • Misleading individuals into clicking affiliate links under false pretenses (e.g., promising them money).

3. Immediate Consequences

MoneyOnRefer and our third-party merchant partners actively monitor traffic and conversions. If a user is found violating this policy, we will unilaterally:

  • Immediately suspend or permanently terminate the user's account without notice.
  • Forfeit ALL pending, approved, and available earnings. No payouts will be processed.
  • Ban the user's IP address, devices, and payment details from accessing the platform.
  • Report fraudulent activities to third-party merchants and legal authorities if necessary.

4. No Liability

You acknowledge that MoneyOnRefer acts solely as an intermediary. If a third-party merchant rejects your leads due to suspected fraud or low-quality traffic, MoneyOnRefer is not liable to pay you for those leads. The merchant's decision is final and binding.

5. Reporting Spam

If you notice any user violating this policy, please report it to us immediately at support@moneyonrefer.com.
