1.Customer Awareness & Consent

Publishersmust ensure that the customer has complete clarity on all product details.
The credit card should only be applied for after the customer gives explicit and informed consent.
If the customer is unsure or does not agree, the application process must be stopped immediately.


2.Prohibition of Cashback, Incentives, and Rewards
Offering or accepting any form of cashback, incentives, gifts, or rewards related to credit card applications is strictly prohibited for both customers andpublishers.
If any unauthorized offer, cashback, or fraudulent activity is detected, the associated account will be immediately suspended.
Legal action may be taken against the person or entity involved in such misconduct.
3.Customer Acknowledgment
By applying for a credit card, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms, conditions, and applicable charges.
The customer also confirms that no unauthorized or misleading offers were made during the application process.
4.Data Privacy & Tracking Protocol
If the credit card application involves a tracking link or app download, the customer must ensure thatBluetooth and Wi-Fi are turned offduring the application process.
Tracking should be done usingmobile data onlyto ensure accuracy and prevent tracking discrepancies.
This protocol is essential to maintain data privacy and ensure proper tracking and verification.
